Custom products are not refundable after final approval of artwork. However, copy errors will be replaced or corrected at our discretion. Sacred Engraving will do everything possible to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced in full at no extra charge to the customer. Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning damaged merchandise.
When returning any product, be sure to include:
1. A note explaining the reason for return.
2. What action you require.
3. Complete contact information including phone number, email, shipping address (if different from original shipping address).
Refunds are usually made by the same method of payment used to purchase the product.
